Overview

Customer can cancel their order up to 14 days after their order is delivered. 

As per UK’s distance selling regulations, purchased items are eligible for hassle-free returns. 

If you change your mind, return products within the 14 days for a refund. Buyer pays for return postage. 

If the product is not as described or damaged, please contact us for a resolution through Contact Us form on our website or email us at info@meg4tec.co.uk

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

Regrettably, we do not facilitate product exchanges.

When you’re sending the item back, repack it carefully, and keep in mind that the condition you send the item back to the seller in is important.
